With marble floors, 2 top quality double beds, one on mezzanine up sturdy ladder stairs, luxury spa shower, gourmet kitchen, a beautifully designed apartment. Facilities: smart TV, PS4, outdoor private courtyard, shared laundry, outdoor spa (till 10pm) at rear of main house with privacy blinds. Host separate in main house. Parking space. Indoor small/medium pets welcome on short stays.

Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Quiet home with a very calm and cool vibe. Modern furnishing throughout. Relax on the couch in the lounge room and watch a movie . Sit in the study area and read a book or catch up on some work at the desk alternative sit outside in the alfresco area . Large open plan living with high ceilings and loads of light . The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining easy. There is a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and a dryer and all appliances for your use .

Come relax at Misty's, your space is the entire downstairs home/apartment. Exclusive use, includes 3brms, bathroom, kitchen/dining/lounge plus countyard the lovely alfresco, outside is the shared yard. We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance. The Yanchep national park is just a short drive away. Access to my separate upstairs apartment is from outside through the garage via the outside stairs.

Top Floor 2 Bedroom Retreat

Fully equipped apartment with separate entrance off street. Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 3 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.
