The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Wake up to gorgeous sunrises on beautiful Lake Louise! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft, living area, kitchen, deck, fire pit, and dock. Please note, there is an additional fee per person, per night for more than two adults. On the reservation page, inputting two people gives you the base price. Guests are given a private garage ( not available November to April) & backyard w/ free firewood.
