If you are looking for a place to get away from reality, this is the place to stay! Located close to Downtown Alex Bay, right on the St. Lawrence River w/21ft of dock for your boat. Park your car and walk to the bars, restaurants and anything else you are interested in. Not far from state parks and wineries. This home has 2 balconies and a dock to hangout on and comes with all the amenities you will need for your vacation including washer and dryer! It is the end townhouse on the right side

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Swan’s Nest

Swan’s Nest is nestled between the American narrows portion of the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and peaceful Swan Bay. This 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home features a gorgeous floor-to-ceiling river stone gas fireplace as the focal point of the main floor, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and king master suite. Downstairs is a cozy sun room with a fireplace, and an Irish pub style bar room. To the rear, double decks overlook the wide lawn and waterfront access to Swan Bay.

Enjoy easy walking access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are only 4 blocks from Riverside Drive where you'll find restaurants, unique boutique shops, and the Riverwalk. The owner lives on premises in the other half of the house.

Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
