Main living areas are on the ground level with a toilet and full laundry, and access to the garage with extra fridge. The 3 bedrooms are all upstairs with the family bathroom, and an en suite. On offer is the classic quintessential kiwi holiday cottage. Ideal for a couple through to 6 guests with 7 beds (two top bunks have sleeping bags only). Not high end but an extremely functional cosy cottage type property where you could cook a roast or have an outdoor BBQ! Most beds near new. Plenty of hot water via a shower with great pressure. Air-conditioned and MYSKY TV. Room for the boat or caravan in the rear yard or a game of holiday cricket. Rate includes cleaning fee. Great value here.

Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. Our holiday bach has a retro style which is easy to enjoy as a central stop for travellers planning day trips to Wanaka, Queenstown and Arrowtown. All beds have recent new mattresses, near new leather lounge suite. As this is our family holiday home since 1970 we have kept the kitchen and dining table original. We have fibre broadband for wifi and a modern TV that allows for streaming and Netflix. Bathroom water pressure in shower is low but adequate.
