Walk to Alberta Arts~Fireplace!~SilverStar Cottage

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Irving Park Cottage is designed for your comfort. The space is bright, private, and quiet, with a sunny patio in our garden. It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Luxury Cabin in the City

Modern cabin in the city built from the ground up for peace and serenity! Giant skylights abound to make even the dreariest of days feel special, and if the sun is out there's no better spot in all of Portland to experience it! Join friends and family at Irving park for a picnic or a tennis match. Or, hop over to Williams and Mississippi for some of the best known restaurants in Portland. Very close to the convention and Moda center that give you tremendous options for entertainment.

Serene Alberta Arts Garden Casita.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee will be reduced for short stays of two nights. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a toaster-oven, a microwave, two-burner stovetop; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, or a larger very mellow dog, but no cats.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Our Guesthouse - Alberta Park - 2 bedrooms (queen)

Our goal is for you to feel at home during your stay with the convenient location and amenities. You'll have the space all to yourself as you explore Portland and the surrounding areas or to return to after visiting friends and family. Walk to excellent restaurants, call in a local delivery, or stay in and cook with a fully equipped kitchen. Restless kids (or adults) can grab a ball and explore the 16 acre park one block away. Unit is non-smoking/vaping and pet free.

Cozy/quiet house, walkable to all things great!

Hello, friends! This place is close to everything, no matter how you choose to get there. Everything you need. No more, no less. Warm and comfortable, the bed alone is worth it. Please read our reviews, we've been doing this a while and our reviews speak volumes. Y'all will feel right at home here. We are very experienced AirBnB Hosts and Guests. Our neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. It’s safe to walk and bike to cafes, restaurants, parks, etc

Enjoy a stay at this peaceful ~300 sq ft guest house located in the middle of the Alberta Arts District. Private entrance and entire place to yourself, no shared walls. Short stroll to great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. One block from Salt n Straw and several coffee shops. Great brunch, lunch, and dinner options all within walking distance. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well.
