This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is Non-Smoking. No pets allowed due to the host and family having pet allergies.

Our little cottage is centrally-located. It is nussled back in a quiet location but close enough to the heart of Boise. Although you are secluded to your own private space there are others staying on the other side of the home so you may hear noises. Enjoy the convinence of your private patio and entrance way, public park nearby, close parking spot and a low cost uber ride to the airport. Whether you are passing by or planning to stay this is a convinent place to rest if you want to enjoy Boise.

Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
