Private room suitable for a professional person.Paul & Suzanne live at the property in Solihull with their two friendly cats Olly and Tez . The hosts are on hand to help with any enquiries. The house is a modern executive home with Off road parking. The guest room has a smart flat screen TV with internet access. Guest accommodation includes a double bedroom plus sole use of a bathroom and shower which is next door to the bedroom in addition we offer use of the kitchen and its facilities. The kichen counter may used as a desk if required.

Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. This is the only room we will be making available for Airbnb guests over the summer to maintain social distancing.
