Located just minutes from Avera St. Luke’s Hospital and a few blocks from Caribou Coffee and Kessler’s grocery store, you’ll have everything you need within easy reach. This colorful, hotel room-like apartment is all brand new. Located on the second floor of a historic downtown building, you will be close to restaurants, businesses and anything in town. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. If we wouldn’t use it, we don’t include it. Stay for a night or a week. We’re confident you’ll find everything you need.

The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bathroom, a half bath as well as a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. Downstairs you will find an area for laundry, 2 bedrooms, a shower room & a common area. We are close to Central HS, NSU, Walmart, Target & the main business strip. Just a few minutes away from many restaurants. Pets allowed only in the garage.
