Everything you need near-by, and métro 9 station "Charonne" 2 minutes away. 2nd floor (no elevator), lovely neighboors but strict "no noise" policy in the building (not ideal to party, invite many people or listen to loud music, you will be in trouble very quickly!)

Beautiful and very bright duplex, on the 5th and last floor (!no elevator!) of a building located on the edge of the Marais. The apartment was completely renovated and expended on march 2024 to offer bigger volumes. A large balcony will allow you to enjoy a pleasant view without vis-à-vis.
